Completed on June 21, with the official signing in Spain, the acquisition of AR Vacuum Technology.
AR has been manufacturing components for vacuum automation and handling for almost fifty years. Currently the catalogue offers a complete range of solutions in many industrial vacuum applications. This new entry makes our Group certainly more autonomous and competitive.
